Mashhadi Asghar Rahimi Danishi has transferred the ownership of all his properties after his death to his wife, Rubabah Khanum (daughter of the late Mashahdi Ghaffar). If she passes away, his daughter (Mahbubah) will be the inheritor.

Settlement between Mah Sultan and Aqa Mirza Kuchak, 1928
Hajiyah Bibi [Khayr al-Nisa’ Baygum Mah Sultan], the wife of the late Haj ‘Abd al-Husayn Sahib Amin al-Tujjar, has transferred all of her belongings to Aqa Mirza Kuchak, the son of her daughter, a descendent of the late Muhammad Sahib Amin al-Tujjar, in exchange for one-fourth of a rupee, with two conditions: first, that Hajiyah Bibi retains the right to spend these belongings for the next twenty lunar years; second, that after Hajiyah Bibi's death, Aqa Mirza Kuchak spend five hundred rupees for her funeral and charity in addition to hiring someone to fast and pray on her behalf.

Letter regarding inheritance
Letter (on letterhead of ‘Asr-i jadid newspaper) addressed to Mirza Ahmad who was the executor of the will of the writer's parents. Upon Mirza Ahmad and Khalah Jan's advice, the writer's share was given to Fakhr Taj Khanum to be returned to the writer when they reached the legal age. However, Fakhr Taj Khanum has not returned the share and the writer is asking for Mirza Ahmad's help. At the end, the writer compares this favor to buying and then freeing a slave for Aqa ‘Abd al-‘Ali.

Sayyidah Fatimah Khanum (known as Khanum Jan), daughter of Haj Sayyid Razi from Fuman, has assigned her children, Sayyid Muhammad Riza and Nur al-Hajiyah (Aqa Mir Isma‘il's wife), as the executors of her will to manage payments of her debts, transfer her deceased body to Qum for burial at her father's mausoleum, as well as payments for fifty years worth of prayers and fasts and other religious rights and charities.
